Go through each device box and test/ tone and identify. Re do the poor box make up and replace the device. We will need to extend the circuit from the hallway/ stairs switch to gain the neutral that is missing. There will be some drywall damage.
Replace 3 customer provided exhaust fans Install stall receptacle behind tv in downstairs room Trouble shoot receptacles in the basement Add full house surge protection. Any sheet rock work to be done by others.

. We will be replacing your GE split bus with a 3r "weather Proof" 200amp panel with all the breakers. We'll be using a 200 amp Siemens silver plated copper bussing 200amp main breaker panel. Some of the low voltage boxes will be moved around or possibly deleted. With your approval we will delete the ones that are not needed or out of use. All circuits will be sized with the correct amperage breaker. The panel will be labeled correctly, circuits will be identified, and ones that are not found will be labeled existing.
